LION COPPER AND GOLD CORP. ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANTS 

March 4, 2024, Vancouver, British Columbia — Lion Copper and Gold Corp. (“Lion CG”or the “Company”) (TSX-V: LEO) (OTCQB: LCGMF) announces that it has granted stock options pursuant to its 20% fixed stock option plan to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company to purchase up to an aggregate of 14,295,000 common shares of the Company. The stock options are exercisable at a price of C$0.07 (US$0.052) per share and expire five years from the date of grant.
